fine grounds lagoon pool attentive staff
i stayed in a lagoon view junior suite and it was well-appointed. the grounds are fine and feature meticulous maintenance. i appreciated the happy hour at the lagoon pool bar where the staff was attentive.
the breakfast buffet could use some improvement , as i found the bread to be stale.

superb beachfront experience
pool access spacious room large pool attentive staff
i enjoyed pool access from my ground floor room. the room was spacious and well kept. the main pool was large and inviting. staff at the kasara lounge were attentive suggesting local dining and excursions. the food at sea fire salt restaurant was excellent with great variety.

charming experience!!!
well-kept grounds attentive staff excellent service
The grounds were very well-kept and beautiful. the staff was attentive to every guest, and i reminded me of one of the family. they provided excellent customer service. i especially thank game, mix, plume, and saint. They were very good.
I arranged for a bike delivery to the hotel. the concierge knew it was addressed to my room, but it was never brought to my room. i called guest services and the concierge three times, but no one answered. i had to collect the delivery myself. This was inconvenient.

The gigantic bed was amazing. the room included a capsule coffee maker. there was plenty of water, a bathrobe, and fluffy slippers. the room was spacious and comfortable. It seemed ideal for a relaxing holiday.

the staff was discreet, efficient, and courteous throughout the hotel and restaurants. reception staff were helpful for taxis. i felt welcomed thanks to the attentive hospitality. lula was able to help us with questions and reservations.

the breakfast buffet had excellent options. it was very complete with multiple varieties. the asian cuisine had a nice touch during breakfast. there was still a european dish variety. the food was AMAZING!!!

The pool was lovely. the hotel is ideally located. it is a bit away from the city center. A taxi is required at all times. the hotel has shuttle though.
